We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Final decisions regarding refunds, deposits, or cancellations are made at the discretion of KJW Forestry & Land Clearing and may depend on job-specific circumstances, resources already allocated, and time invested in preparation.

Refund Policy
Certain land-clearing projects may require a deposit to secure scheduling, equipment allocation, and project planning. Deposits help cover costs associated with:

Reserving equipment

Blocking out crew time
-
Travel time
-
Pre-job assessments
-
Administrative and planning work
Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed.

If a customer cancels with adequate notice (typically 48–72 hours), the deposit may be credited toward a future job at our discretion.

If the customer cancels with little or no notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations by Customer
A cancellation fee or loss of deposit may apply if:

The property was not prepared or accessible as agreed

Hazards or conditions were not disclosed

The customer cancels without sufficient notice

Our equipment or crew has already been dispatched

Work cannot be completed due to customer-related delays
Cancellations by KJW Forestry & Land Clearing
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a job due to:

Unsafe conditions
-
Severe weather
-
Hazardous or undisclosed terrain

Equipment issues

Conditions significantly different from what was described
If we cancel due to reasons outside the customer’s control, deposits will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date.
Refunds After Services Are Rendered
Once work has been completed:

Refunds are not issued for completed services.

Satisfaction concerns will be reviewed individually, but refunds are not guaranteed once labor and equipment time have been invested.
Billing Disputes
Any billing concerns must be raised within 3 business days of service completion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
